Hockey 1-4

Hockey 1–4 is a foundational on-ice curriculum under the Learn to Skate USA framework (endorsed by USA Hockey) designed to teach young and beginner players how to balance, stride, turn, and stop in hockey skates before transitioning into full-equipment play.

Classes are divided into 4 levels for preschool-aged skaters 18 months - 6 years old.  They will develop preliminary coordination and strength to move around on the ice.  No prior skating experience needed.  Students will build confidence in skating, learn how to fall and get back up, and have fun playing games.

Private Lessons

Private lessons can be helpful when preparing for a competition or to give your skater individualized attention.  A private lesson coach will help with music selection and will design a program that includes all the necessary elements for your skater's level of competition. If you are interested in private lessons, please contact the coaches directly, or feel free to visit with the club directors or officers if you have questions.  Private lesson costs vary by instructor. Private lesson fees will be paid directly to the coach.
